WOLF BLITZER: "You're watching Headline News on CNN. Here's the latest news on the recent Ukranian elections."

BLITZER (voice over): "Observers from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) reported that irregularities took place in the latest Ukranian election, in which the pro-Russian Coalition for a United Ukraine took a slight 51.7% majority of all votes cast. There has been a strong reaction in the liberal Western part of the country. Prime Minister Viktor Yushchenko, who is the leader of the Our Ukraine Bloc, came out against the irregularities."

YUSHCHENKO: "These irregularities are the result of Russian secret services meddling in our internal processes. I have launched a full investigation of this affair through the police and the courts."

BLITZER: "Russian President Vladimir Putin called the Ukranian accusations 'ridiculous' and denied all charges. Right now, OECD observers are working closely with Ukranian officials to clear up any potential fraud... For now, stay tuned to CNN for the most trusted name in news. We'll be back after this short break."
