Congratulations on doing our first election for Capitol Hill 3.0. I'd say it went excellently. I am going to work on the results in the next 24 hrs and get back to you today with the exciting results, which I will be publishing region by region in a running commentary. The system I am using is points based and demographics based, as promised.
All right...
That said, good luck everybody.
I recognize that time is moving "too quickly" for the game due to our delays, so I will be recalibrating our next budget due dates and the dates for our elections to come, as well as the presidential election. I am going to accelerate the game somewhat, and run a presidential election in about four weeks - ASSUMING there is interest. If people would prefer I can continue NPCing the President, even as a Democrat, i.e. we would have a presidential election to see what kind of a president I NPC, not to see which player becomes president.
Your thoughts are appreciated!
Thanks.
E.

Howdy!
I honestly would prefer a PC president. I have no doubt that our magnificent GM could pull off multiple personalities (I've seen it before) but running an election against yourself? The PCs would end up doing the majority of the work anyway, so why not have one of them be President?
Just my two cents :-) Good campaigning all.

Great Job on the campaign guys, it was good times. I too would prefer a PC president, if only cause it would make it easier on our illustrious GM, and give everyone a little something to shoot for.
It was a wonderful campaign, and I can't wait to see all of the results.
