Mr Speaker,
I would like to offer the following amendment to our budget.
Cutting away from the increase of education and housing tax benifits yet placing some much needed money into education will see our deficit cut by 39.14 Billion. These cuts are small cuts trimming away more fat and red tape to cut our deficit. The cut in education wont affect the base on which it currently stands. It still stands to see a much deserved increase.

Mr. Green, while I agree with most of your changes, I do not think that this amendment carries its weight in Agriculture. We must do more to support our farmers. We can also make a more comprehensive amendment that cuts more "red tape" as Mr. Green states
hence, I object to the Green Amendment and offer the following:

Gentlemen,
I will support this new amendment for the cuts to Welfare are only a fraction of what was proposed earlier. I agree to his objection and i agree to his new amendemnt.
